Hi everybody,
I tried to install Windows 7 on my laptop with a setup disc (I earlier formatted the whole hard drive as it had a virus). At the select partition screen, no matter what I try, I always get the message
"Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition. See the Setup log files for more information".
I googled the problem and it seems quite common, however I still couldn't solve it.
Please tell me what to do
EDIT: Just solved the problem. Simply had to add HDD to the boot priority list in BIOS
