Dell D620 with Laptop Windows Vista Enterprise installed which my Daughter purchased from her Medical School at the end of her Studies.

Is there any work around to allow me to install Window 7 Professional upgrade. Will not accept a full XP as a qualifying medium.

    Laptop with
Windows Vista Enterprise installed is virtually usable using too many resources to get any utility out of it.

Can only be done as a clean install
