Hi

If you do a complete install it should fix the problem, an upgrade install apparently won't because it will copy the file that's causing the problem.

Check out this post, it seems that there is a way to resolve the issue without having to reinstall.

Driver Signature Enforcement error screen can't be cleared, even - Microsoft Answers

Hi

You may need to change the boot order in the bios to make sure that the DVD drives is first in the boot order.

You have to write the ISO file to a DVD using a program like ImageBurn, (what I've always used) so that it's bootable, if you didn't do that.

The Official ImgBurn Website

Follow these instructions.

Clean Install Windows 7 - Windows 7 Forums

Make sure you back EVERYTHING up first, that means, Fonts, Address Books, Favorites, Documents, and all saved data.
You will have to reinstall all of your software afterwards.

Omg thanks ! you saved my computers life ! But I didn't back up my drive because my Local disk is corrupted. I noticed that when I was in system repair , my partition size was 0.

So now I'm typing this in a formatted clean installed windows 7 ultimate computer.

Thanks again !
