Hello everyone! It is my first thread on Win7 forum, I hope somebody can help me:(
And i come from Hong Kong.So sorry for my bad English and lack of computer knowledge...
I recently got some problems with BSOD for the Bad Pool Header, I don't know what i can do to fix it.
When I turn on my computer and login my account, after it change its screen to my desktop for few seconds, it will turn to blue screen.Since i am lack of computer knowledge, so i can't identify what wrong with my computer. So I try to run my computer in safe mode and after that i run the program bluescreenview.exe to find what cause this problem. It said that there are sth wrong with the usbfilter.sys+1ab3 and ntoskrnl.exe+7f1c0. Moreover, If i don't run the computer with safe mode, it will turn to blue screen again...
It is my first time to face with this problem, also the first time to find this win7 forum.
I sincerely hope somebody can help me.I tried to follow the instruction for asking help in the problem of BSOD. But some programs are not allowed to run under the safe mode.
I am not exactly know what is my setting of computer, but it seems to be the following:
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
-AMD Phenom(tm) IIx4 965 Processor
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti

Your English is good, don't worry about that. If I have questions, I will ask you for more information. If you have questions, please ask us for more information.

Please check Windows Update for all available updates.
Please check here for possible hot fixes for your STOP error: Link Removed - Invalid URL

All of the BSOD's blame EtronHub3.sys - a driver for your USB 3.0 controller. More info on it here: Link Removed - Invalid URL

Please:
- visit the motnerboard/system manufacturer's website and download the latest version of the driver for the USB 3.0 Controller
- un-install the USB 3.0 controller program (NOT the device) from your computer. Use Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program
- then install the...
This the photo i snip with the CPU-Z...

- then install the freshly downloaded copy of the drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's.

AsRock Apple Charger/USB charger has been known to cause BSOD's on some systems - please un-install it also. If needed, feel free to reinstall after the BSOD's have stopped

Daemon Tools is still installed as of the last memory dump, please do this:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] Link Removed [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): Link Removed (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

Manual procedure here: Link Removed - Invalid URL

You only have 7 gB free on your C: drive. This will cause decreased performance. You should have about 30 gB free (about 15% of the hard drive) for optimum performance. Please move enough data over to the other drive in order to free up a total of 30 gB.

You have this problem device:
Security Processor Loader Driver ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
This is usually a sign of either a malware infection - or damage from an infection that was incompletely fixed. Please run a couple of the free anti-malware scans from here to ensure that your system is clean: Link Removed - Invalid URL

Please update this program:
IPvEx64.sys Sun Apr 19 23:03:35 2009 (49EBE607)
IPvE Adapter Driver

Please update your chipset drivers from the motherboard/system manufacturer's website.
