I don't see anything specific relating to vr 10, but if you mean 2010 it's in this list go here:

I've got Roxio 2009 and to get it to work peoperly I needed to download an update pack specificly for Windows 7. I had the program originally for Vista. Works fine. I foudn this on the Roxio site http://www.roxio.com/enu/products/creator/system-requirements.html
