Windows 8 windows 8.1 with bing

i had windows 8.1 with bing (no N version) and i wanted to reset my computer but now my computer has windows 8.1 without bing and my system asks a key for my windows but my old one doesnt works (error:`0xC004C003) (I resetted it a the full way like it was for a other person).
But now i want to reset it to windows 8.1 with bing so my code works but I cant find a recovery file for windows 8.1 with bing.

please help me

When you mean 'Bing' do you mean the Bing homepage?

Bing is a version of windows with bing as starting page what is in some computers so bing can earn more money but it is a different version it was also in the old description of my computer

Never heard of it so I did a search and yeah there was a 8.1 version although it looks like it was only released to manufacturers:
