Windows Action Center and Kaspersky Update

I'm using the Kaspersky anti virus software recommended from the Microsoft Site. The windows action center (the icon with the flag) says I need to update the Kaspersky software even though the software says I am up to date. It's been like this for a couple of days now.
Anyone else experiencing similar problems?
Is this a windows or kaspersky issue?

i experienced the same issue with comodo suite on my computer. It said it was not up-to-date and it was so what i say is ignore the action center.

My Comodo firewall installs just fine but has no active connections. Tried in compatibility mode same result. Are you using the firewall and is it fully functioning?

I have noticed that with Kaspersky as well.

Just let it ride until the next real update, and it should go away.

Yes, this happened to me also.

I'm using PCTools Anti-virus and Spyware Doctor..

Action Center kept telling me to download an antivirus program untill I turned the messages off.

And yes, it most surely will be fixed by the final release.

It's working fine with AVG Free, Ad-Aware, and Windows Defender.
