I just got a new PC yesterday with Win7. The Windows Action Center keeps popping up with a warning asking that I "Choose a Windows Update option." I select "Install Updates automatically," but the Windows Action Center does not remember my selection and then about an hour later will pop back up with the same warning. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks

Solution
Open the Control Pane - Action centre. Here you can, if you wish, turn OFF the centre.
Alternatively. select "Change Action Centre Settings" (Over on the left) You will find several seperate options here. The one you are looking for is, of course, "Windows Update". Untick the square.
