Windows 7 Windows contacts exporting

I can't export my windows 7 contacts. There is no export on the tool bar or drop down for new contact with export on it. I upgraded from Vista Home Prem. to Windows 7 Home Prem.?

What can I use to get my contacts exported to Thunderbird?
