Windows Diagnostics Problem!

I'm connected to the internet via wired connection but what is odd is that I get an error message from the troubleshooter saying "Your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device or resource is not responding." Please help me! I would greatly appreciate some insight on this dilemma!

It might help if you give us a little more background on the problem. When do you get this message and do you know what device it may be referring to. Are you running one of the troubleshooters?

Since you talk about your network connection, are you able to connect to the network?
