Hi Guys,
I have an External Hard drive 1TB and I'm trying to back up my files which are in my C drive in total of 100GB size
When I used the windows back up software it tends to freeze at 12% always so I have to do a hard reboot which i hold the power button for 30 secs
i tried restarting and try several times but it fails to do so
and every windows shows a "not responding" message on top
i thought that maybe is a big file so I let it over night and it's still at 12%
I am using an esata cable and not a usb which is supposed to be faster
what could be causing this not responding thing?
