Windows 7 Windows installation encountered an unexpected error

Hi all, I have this problem when Im trying to install windows 7 BETA.

Windows installatino encountered an unexcepted error. Verify that the installation sources are accessible, and restart the installation.
Error code: 0xC0000005

Im using Windows Vista SP2.

I have an Intel Centrino Duo 2.2 GHz , 2GB Ram & nVidia GeFORCE 8400M G..

Please help, what can be the problem??

Im burning the ISO file with Daemon Tools..

Burned at 1x? did you select verify data?

-Could be a many issues. Unplug usb ports just keyboard, mouse and VGA
