Hi, when i try and listen to a web radio or watch a video i cant becuase instead of the bar where you press pause and play isn't there it is just a white square with a red cross in it. Further research i found that it is a windows media player problem as every windows that required it said it wasnt installed when it clearly is. I have tried multiple things but none of them have worked. Please help me get this sorted out as i am on the verge of giving up.

    Thanks, your all kind people.
