I just got Windows Vista and I was hoping it would make my photo slideshow obsession a little easier. But when I went to import the audio I had it continued to give an "unspecified error". The files are MP3's and are said to be compatable with Windows Movie maker. And nothign I've done has been working. The only files that work are WMA's I don't know how to convert the files. And the WindowsMM website said the MP3's should work. Please if you can help me, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Julia!

Hi
I had the same problem, the only way I could resolve it was to convert the mp3 files to wave files using NERO 8 , (if you dont have Nero you will find a good free audio converter at "www.nch,com.au/switch")then when you have completed your slide show in movie maker go to the left hand column & double click DVD this will close down movie maker & open up DVD maker where you can burn your slide show.
