Hello,
I am developing an own app for Windows Phone 7 OS. I have a Nokia Lumia 710 and the app is going to be a VoIP app (according to this sample: Ozeki C# VoIP SDK - A SIP SDK for software developers). After it is done I might upload it to the Windows Phone Marketplace. Do you know what is the procedure or should I look for it in G00gle first? Thanks in advance.

You can develop the app entirely free of charge, but to submit it to the Windows Phone Store, you'll need to register a Dev Center subscription which is $99/year. It's also worth noting with Windows Phone 8 now out, developing an app for WP7 without being able to take advantage of WP8 is not the wisest choice.Link Removed
