The Windows User Group is brought to you by three UK based Windows MVPs; Andrew Bettany, Chris Rhodes and Mike Halsey. They have created a 'roadshow' in which to help others better understand the finer points of Microsoft's Windows.
Unfortunately this is only held in the UK for now.
'Extremely experienced, in consulting, training and authoring we will focus our combined energies at helping our audience gain the most benefit from Microsoft technologies, specifically Windows 8, 8.1 and Windows 7'.

The Windows User Group headed by UK-based MVPs Andrew Bettany, Chris Rhodes, and Mike Halsey organized a 'roadshow' in 2013 to help users understand Microsoft's Windows operating system better, focusing primarily on Windows 8, 8.1, and Windows 7. They shared expertise in consulting, training, and authoring to assist the audience in maximizing the benefits of Microsoft technologies. The roadshow covered various topics including new features in Windows 8.1, OS deployment, MDOP technologies like DaRT and App-V, the integration of Office 2013 with Windows 8.1, and cloud services to enhance productivity. The MVPs offered insights, dispelled myths, and engaged the audience with giveaways and networking opportunities.
