If anyone knows a way I can trick gta 4 durring it's check for current operating system durring it's install I would appreaciate it.
 
on the install.exe (or whatever the .exe is for the installation, right click then click properties then the Compatibility tab. Check the first box, and select "Windows Vista RTM" or "Windows Vista"
