HI EVERYONE
I have windows vista home premium 32bit on my VAIO laptop but it is in GREECE language
& I want to install windows 7 ultimate, the windows 7 is in ENGLISH​

NOW, in this case, plz guys:
[1] which better Upgrade or custom [clean] installation??
[2] can anyone plz help me to put link or something for how to install it??

well i think it is up to you.
I have done an upgrade from Vista to 7 on one of my friend's computers and it worked fine.
There are some people though who say a clean install is better.
I think both work but when doing a clean install make sure to back up the files you want to keep.
