Sup boys! This is my first thread over here. I am no noob to computers, or forums. My computer is running better than ever coming from XP, with one exception. I take pride in my music collection. It is small, but everything is just the way I want it. All tags are tagged in WMP and my PPC plays them flawlessly. However in Windows 7 when I try to download album info (or it does it automaticlly) it gets all the tags, but fails to get the album art. All of my old ones from XP have their album art, but the new ones just have that crappy note there. I am really struggling with this. TIA!

Check Internet Connection: - Album art is often downloaded from online databases. Make sure your internet connection is stable and active when trying to download album art automatically. 4. Correct Metadata: - Confirm that the metadata for the new music files (like artist name, album name, etc.) are correct. Sometimes the accuracy of metadata can affect album art retrieval. 5. Manually Add Album Art: - If automatic retrieval fails, you can try manually adding album art to your music files. Right-click on a track in Windows Media Player, select "Find album info," and then manually add the album art. 6. Third-Party Software: - Consider using third-party music management software that specializes in organizing music collections and retrieving album art. Some popular options include MusicBee or MediaMonkey. By trying out these steps, you should be able to get the album art displaying correctly for your music collection on Windows 7. Let me know if you need further assistance!
