Your current security settings don't allow this file to be downloaded

    I keep getting this error "Your current security settings don't allow this file to be downloaded" when I try to download virus programs, I've got it when trying to download AVG, Avast! and MSE. It's really annoying and need to get one as my AVG 9.0 has expired.

    Oh and the computer in question is one of my 5 and the only that has vista 32bit on it and internet explorer 7. that I haven't upgraded to Win 7 64bit Pro yet.

    Run this Virus Removal Tool Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool 2010 see if u have an win32.Sality infestation that may explain the message.Try to run taskmng or regedit if u cant u will get a message that it has been deactivated by your administrator and that means Win32.Sality infestation.

    I ran the Virus removal tool and had nothing, and I can get into taskmgr and regedit.
