i have this problem

when i search for problems in my programe
 

Solution
Basically it means you have more than one device on your network that is translating LAN addresses to WAN addresses, causing a conflict.

The problem is most likely in your network connections... eg. Modem plugged into wrong port on router. This is where you should start checking.
Did anyone help with this?
