Hello Everyone,

Greetings!

I would like to ask for assistance regarding the BSOD that one of our user encountered. The user was only using the Excel application when the computer went to the BSOD error.

For your reference, I've attached Window Debug text file.

I would like for the probable fix for she has been encountering this error for quite some time now.Thank you in advance!

ideally we need to see the actual dump file so if you have it please post.
The dump file mentioned csc.sys as well as Bugcheck 27 means the issue occurred with the file system director.

There is a hotfix available:

To help further we really need to see the original dump file.
