It's been telling me for more than a month that "your free upgrade is on the way," and "reservation is confirmed" for more than a month now.

Use Link Removed to legally download and upgrade your PC to Windows 10.

Make sure to first BACKUP ALL PERSONAL DATA TO EXTERNAL MEDIA (SUCH AS DOCUMENTS, PHOTOS, MUSIC, VIDEOS, EMAILS, ETC.) BEFORE ATTEMPTING THE WIN10 UPGRADE!!!

Not all upgrades go according to plan, never Assume it will work the first time.
