This is on my cousin's computer. It has ESET Smart Security. The Anti-Theft feature creates a phantom user account that alerts ESET if someone tries to log on to it. His wife did. It then alerted him that someone tried to log on to his computer over his phone.

The problem is when she logged into the account it created user files in the users section of the file manager. Then this account always shows up in the local network. I don't know how he went about trying to remove the user account but it doesn't show in User Account Control. We can't figure out how to remove it from the user files and the network. He can't stand to see this user show up in his ROKU TV.

Solution
Cool My cousin removed it himself. He followed the path to where it ended. There was really nothing in there. Then as he backed out he deleted the files til it let him delete the user name. This has been solved.
