How to Filter Out Unrelated Windows 8 News Posts in Forums?

Is there any way to filter out all those windows 8 news post...some of it doesn't have anything to do with windows 8.

Filtering would, I think, be the prerogative of the Administrator. But I select "whats new" on the top bar, rather than "NewPosts" , on this site, doing that only shows actual new posts, without any of the news items. - I get those, as I wish, from other sources.
