weird today its working with running as admin thanks for your help BTY how would I have filtered that?

With process monitor, I stopped, cleared events, turned back on captured events, ran Cronus PRO, captured the error and stopped capturing again. then here's an unfiltered log file for that. In the meantime I'll try to figure out the filter
