    Yes, I used the drop down to FAT and FAT32. Both give the windows was unable to format message.

    For the last 2 or so months I have been unable to format to or read usb thumb drives that are FAT or FAT32, I tried everything that I have read but none of it worked. I recently discovered that I am now unable to format to NTFS too, I can still read it but wonder how long until that goes away...
