Yes it has, but the settings were all default anyway. Here's another printscreen of CPU-Z after changing to default settings in the BIOS. Edit: Also... what are my current settings? I don't actually know what all the numbers mean =/

The DELL BIOS seems to be very limited, and so there's nowhere for me to change any settings at all. Is there any software I can use to change the ram settings?

Nothing about the management engine or turbo boost i'm afraid =/

Hi again I can't seem to find the intel turbo boost driver or the management engine from the link you provided, where do I go to get the thing? Edit: I found the management engine VERIFICATION UTILITY and turbo boost MONITOR, but these don't seem to be drivers though.

Been getting a few BSODs, but I cleared them with CCleaner by accident. This is the most recent one. I've also been getting 0xA / IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I've done some research on the problem and it seems to be driver related, but I just can't seem to pinpoint which driver as it points to...
