Well, that thread doesn't solve my problem, even though it's about the same problem as I have. My windows is fully activated. Guess I'll just format my PC, that will definitly do the trick. I'll wait a day or two to see if you can figure this out.

Aero is turned on, it can't change to the standard Windows wallpaper. I know that others have this problem as well, but on all the forums I've looked on, it hasn't been solved. You guys are really my last hope, please, put some effort into this, I really want to able to set wallpapers again...

I've just scanned my whole system with Uniblue Registry Booster, newest and registered version. It found alot of errors. I defragmented my pc, restarted, and checked if it worked. It didn't. I scanned again and it found 53 errors. It said it couldn't fix them, so, here is the latest scan result.
