yep always do a custom install myself...burning rom,vision,recode.....i would use nero micro(burning rom & express) but i use recode a lot....only use nerovision if i want a fancy menu otherwise i use convertxtodvd.i,ve tried alternatives to nero like ashampoo but always come back to nero 8...i...

the reason i benchmarked those particular builds was for my own curiosity because in build 7137 my gaming graphics score was 4.9 as in previous builds and in 7201 my score dropped right down to 3.1,i wanted to know what was going on,i dont understand it i,m using the same drivers..do microsoft...

to be honest i,ve had both builds and i cant tell the difference,there is a slight performance increase in 7201 from 7137,but if microsoft can do that in every build they are going in the right direction.

benchmarks done on-core 2 duo 1.8ghz,4gb ram,integrated graphics,5.400rpm hard drive,.......DELL VOSTRO LAPTOP

everything else has stayed the same apart from gaming graphics has gone from 3.9 to 3.1.......weird!

one thing i noticed in this build was my index score was different,i got a lower score with this build...in all previous builds my index score was 3.5 now in this i only get 3.1...i wonder if microsoft have changed how the index score works?

windows 7 is top notch...theres not much more they can do for windows 7 now its a finished product now for me...this last build(7137) is really stable....if it aint broke...
