Thanks Callistemon but that option's greyed out. However, the issue seems to have cleared itself.

I'm running Windows10 Home, v.21H2, with all updates. As of yesterday Quick Access in File Manager has lost its grouping of folders and files. I've made no intentional changes and nothing I've read on the web has brought them back. Can anyone help? Thanks.
