I'm running Windows10 Home, v.21H2, with all updates. As of yesterday Quick Access in File Manager has lost its grouping of folders and files. I've made no intentional changes and nothing I've read on the web has brought them back. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Solution
File Explorer has reverted to mixed format as in the image above, without grouping. Callistemon's suggestion isn't available because Group By is always greyed out. Can elements of Windows be repaired without losing personal data and apps, which seems to be the only option? Could it be a Registry corruption?

An image from 'File Manager Quick Access Grouping Lost'. File Explorer showing folders and files under Quick Access, mostly radio and music-related.

Thanks Callistemon but that option's greyed out. However, the issue seems to have cleared itself.
