i cant bridge because the nature of my network

i have windows 7 build 7077 and i have latest vmware version 6.5.2 but i couldnt make it connect internet i installed win xp and it cant connect internet through nat i need to make it really important pls help

i tried version 8.5 and different version 9 i tried latest one too messenger get opened after opened it just freeze stop responding then msn discconect me here is the picture i am using windows 7 build 7077 Link Removed due to 404 Error
