Sounds like you might have an issue with the PC itself. You might want to try a USB, PCI card, and see if that will do you any good

This is a new one on me. Have you tried booting in safe mode? You might want to try that and reconfigure your start up file, to keep any of the CS2 components from starting during boot up.

It seems that Vista will not recognize my external hard drive, a Lacie Bigdisk. It says that I'm missing a driver, but the thing is, it never required a driver in Windows 2000, or XP. My question is, Is it possible to use a generic driver for this, or do I just have to wait for Lacie to create...

Well, I'm not really enjoying it much right now. The system was rushed to shelves as a marketing ploy, and still has a lot of kinks to it. I fried my mother board, and went out and bought another PC, and could only get Vista. I have hardware and software issues alike. Perhaps it won't be so bad...
