Did the memtest over 10 passes and no errors. Didnt get any bluescreen while running the test either. sfc scan found some error that couldnt be fixed.

couldnt find the Lan driver in realtek page , but the motherboard page has the Lan driver , is it the same?

Hello there , just bought my computer about month or so. It worked fine for a week then i got BSOD's. been trying to fix it and checking things , but i cant seem to find the problem. Have run Memtest and no errors. Hope you guys could help me. Heres the minidump files and screenshots :
