What's the easiest way of comparing all files renamed "(2)" or "(3)" etc with their originals (e.g. image01.jpg > image01 (2).jpg) to see if they're the same or not?
This happens every time I format and reinstall Windows. Media Player only imports a portion of my music library. I can't remember how I've solved this problem before.
I am on a capped data line so I need to budget and make sure I have enough data. So, how big is the download? Also, do I get an install file to keep and use when I format or does it download and install directly, without a stand-alone install file? Thanks
Is there any software out there that allows me (and my colleagues) to assign tasks to each other and also allows our managers to keep track of our progress. Outlook can happily assign tasks and keep track but there's no way of the managers seeing what tasks we all currently have assigned and...
I want to get a nVidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti. As far as manufacturers go I can choose between Leadtek, EVGA or Gigabyte, in order of immediate availability. Which ones should I go for, wait for or avoid? Thanks P.S. Those are my ONLY options!
Work-wise and study-wise I have to leave those messages on the server and I can't *find* any settings to keep track of when messages were downloaded. I was hoping Outlook 2010 had the ability to notice from the client side...
I keep an Outlook data file on my external HDD that I carry between work and home. How do I get it to stop downloading emails twice!? I have three accounts; a Gmail account (which doesn't have this problem), a work account that uses SmarterMail and another account that's set up through Windows...
Thanks, Trouble. Actually, I don't care about anybody else's computers! (For now.) I'm connected via a Huawei wireless router and I am capped (in SA internet is capped by default and the cheapest 1GB data bundle is about ... $30? - R250). I don't share my connection with any other computer -...
Is there any software out there that monitors which processes access which IP addresses and how much data they transfer, and keeps a log of it? For the second time since I got my wireless internet package I have lost about 1200MB of bandwidth to some phantom process that BitDefender and...
I have installed Apache 2.2. Service is running but "http://localhost/" (and http://127.0.0.1/") returns "not found". Any ideas? ping localhost shows no IP address. nslookup localhost shows address 127.0.0.1 Thanks
I plan to format and reinstall. Is there anyway to find out how big all my updates were so I can calculate how much bandwidth I'm going to need when I update after reinstalling? Thanks
