    SOLUTION FOUND: I have e8400 @ 3.00 (standart), increased CPU voltage in bios from auto 1.192 to manual 1.2. No BSODs right now. Looks like windows 7 x64 stresses CPU more then vista. Will continue testing.

    Problem remains. Same symptoms. Adding minidump. What about downloading ntoskrnl.exe file and replace that file on my pc, maybe it`s corrupted?

    Thanks, TorrentG, for fast answer. Uninstalled Daemon tools, removed SPDT driver completely as You suggested. Adding cpu-z screenshots of SPD and memory. Will check later if problem exists.
