Windows 7 BSOD error Bugcheck code: 0x124 caused by ntoskrnl.exe; Vista Ultimate x64

Hi, everyone!

Decided to install Windows 7 x64 instead Vista x64. When playing Battlefield 2 (pr mode) receiving BSOD after 20-30 min of game (sometimes faster, sometimes longer). There was no such error on Vista x64, no hardware changes after win7 install also, the only thing done: updating bios on my asus p5q pro to latest from official site. CPU/GPU/MB temperatures are normal.

According to WhoCrashed:
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x4A587C)
Bugcheck code: 0x124 (0x0, 0xFFFFFA8004DD58F8, 0x0, 0x0)
Error: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

Remove the piracy driver sptd after uninstalling Daemon Tools:

CLICK ON UNINSTALL WHILE USING

So you can continue doing whatever it is you do, reboot and install PowerISO to replace it.

Uninstalled Daemon tools, removed SPDT driver completely as You suggested.
Adding cpu-z screenshots of SPD and memory.
Will check later if problem exists.

Quite welcome. Your memory is set well in the bios, so there is no problem with settings.

Problem remains. Same symptoms. Adding minidump. What about downloading ntoskrnl.exe file and replace that file on my pc, maybe it`s corrupted?

No, it's not corrupted. No need for any further crash dumps:

Start with making sure the bios is latest. Install if not. Also, start by making sure the CPU is not overclocked or anything else for that matter.

SOLUTION FOUND: I have e8400 @ 3.00 (standart), increased CPU voltage in bios from auto 1.192 to manual 1.2. No BSODs right now. Looks like windows 7 x64 stresses CPU more then vista. Will continue testing.
