Thank you once again, I'm trying Comodo Firewall instead of ZoneAlarm, I'll let you know how that goes.

This forum has helped me tremendously getting rid of my BSOD problems but here they are again. I've done everything everyone has told me, I'm not sure why it's still happening.

Okay, network driver and wacom tablet driver are updated, AVG removed, and MS Security Essentials is installed. Fingers crossed! Thanks guys!

Went to my drivers screen and it says I have the newest versions of Broadcom Netlink Gigabit and Wacom tablet. I'm uninstalling AVG anti virus now and I'm going to try MS Security Essntials to see if that fixes anything.

So I finally got my new laptop working thanks to everyone on here, but now I just got a new blue screen error. Can anyone analyze it and tell me what software is now causing the issue? I'm pretty much running the new versions of everything on here so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Thanks.

Back to elaborate before it crashes again. I bought a gateway laptop on Friday. Since then 'Ive had to restore it back to factory settings 4 times because I get blue screen crashes after I install software. Can anyone tell from the .dmp files which software is causing the issue? Thank you!

Please help, my compute rcrashes every 2 minutes. Dont hav emuch time to type this before the next crash.
