Hi davehc: I unchecked everything having to do with making the mouse easier to use, and it did the trick. It still gives necessary information in text boxes, but all unnecessary text boxes are apparently gone. Thankyou:-)

Windows 10 keeps putting text boxes on the screen when the cursor crosses a link. The problem is that I often have to click on the text box to get rid of it. Is there any way I can stop the cursor from doing this?
