Hi Guys: My windows 11 PC kept putting downloads under the wrong user. In my effort to stop this from happening I removed the system permission to use that folder. Now my computer will not boot far enough for me to correct my error. What can I do?
I also have a laptop running widows 11. Is there some way to use it to get past the boot?
