I just wanted to add, I am very grateful for all the help I've received. My frustration is at the problem and not the assistance I've received. Thank you! :)
BSOD's are back, AGAIN. I can't f-ing take it anymore, I don't know what else to do. I've run driver verifier, removed drivers, removed software, and even hardware! I took out one of my video cards for Christ sake. I don't know what else to do. :( More minidumps attached...
dgmbx2fu.sys removed. Nvidia Overclock tool and System Utility removed. I've reinstalled EVGA Precision X (latest version) because my GPU's were idling at 50c-55c, should be at 30c-35c idle and 55c-60c on full load. The GPU's stock fan control don't ramp up high enough. The cooling in my case...
More BSOD'S. Attaching dumps (it's the last two, from today's date) and running driver verifier. Just finished with driver verifier. Adding dump and attaching BSOD.
Excellent, thank you! I will remove elby driver and EVGA Precision (which is a bummer, I kinda need it to better regulate my gpu temperature and fan speeds). Thank you again! :)

All right, will do. At work now, PC in sleep mode. I'll update around 5:30 EST. *Update* Went 6 hours in sleep mode and woke up with no BSOD. I don't fully trust a single wake up though so I'm sleeping it for a few more hours and will report back tonight.
Will any version of EVGA Precision cause issues? I have the latest version EVGA Precision X 3.0.3 but I noticed I had the old one still installed so I removed the old one. I removed the Elaborate Bytes stuff. The only wireless USB device I have is a Logitech G7 Gaming Mouse but I use my Logitech...
It only ever happens when coming out of sleep and hibernate. Although it has happened during gaming before, that hasn't been for a while. Only out of sleep and hibernate. :(
I've tried removing AVG using their removal tools and instructions. I've tried fully removing my video and mobo drivers with driver sweeper and installing the latest GPU and Motherboard drivers and flashed the latest Motherboard BIOS. I've scoured forum after forum and seen similar issues and...
