Windows 7 BSOD when waking from sleep and hibernate.

I've tried removing AVG using their removal tools and instructions. I've tried fully removing my video and mobo drivers with driver sweeper and installing the latest GPU and Motherboard drivers and flashed the latest Motherboard BIOS. I've scoured forum after forum and seen similar issues and tried countless solutions. I haven't seen someone with my -exact- problem and -exact- spec/error reports so I'm caving lol. I build and maintain PC's as a hobby and I like to solve problems on my own know-how but I am at wits end with this BSOD.

Quick specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
8 gigs DDR3 Gskil
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Denab
Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 (x2 SLI)
Asus M4N75TD nForce 740a
Malwarebytes Antimalware

All other info, including that, in attachment. Thank you! :)

4 (in a row) of your latest ones point to svchost.exe and ks.sys. ks.sys is a Microsoft Windows Kernel CSA library file.
In only one occasion in this and last month did i see a different file, also a major windows executable. All of these however were 3B.

"This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code."

Has this been the exact same problem to the point of your first BSOD (10/11/11), because your first BSOD was a fatal one.

By what im seeing (and i am not a pro at kernal AT ALL) ks.sys is trying to reference unexisting memory. And from the stack, im seeing that it is mainly zeroing-out on a code says deletion. It looks almost as if ks.sys is breaking the law :p

Try running Memtest86+, it is a very useful tool, though get the bootable one.

Please send anymore crashes with what you were doing at the moment.

Also do try turning off sleep and hibernate completely. If it crashes also with that turned off than that could lead to more appealing bugchecks being as almost all of these in relevant timing are almost exactly the same (only change is memory addresses)

It only ever happens when coming out of sleep and hibernate. Although it has happened during gaming before, that hasn't been for a while. Only out of sleep and hibernate. :(

Just my 2¢:

You have wireless USB adapters - Win7 doesn't like these devices. Here's my rant on the subject:
I do not recommend using wireless USB devices. Especially in Win7 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 - and using Vista drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have Win7 drivers - DO NOT use Vista drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

Your E: F: and H: drives have significantly less than 15% free space. Please free up 15% on all hard drives. You can get away with 10%, but it will impact the performance of your system.

You have 4 hard drives and 2 video cards - what is the make/model/wattage of your Power Supply?

EVGA Precison (along with Riva Tuner and MSI Afterburner) are known to cause BSOD's in some Win7 systems. Please un-install it immediately. The driver for this dates from 2005 and isn't compatible with Win7

Also, if you are overclocking please stop and return the system to stock (non-overclocked) values while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

You have an Elby (Elaborate Bytes) driver that dates from 2006 and it could be incompatible with WIn7. Please un-install it.

FWIW - I'm researching the 3 unidentified drivers (the one's that aren't in the DRT) and will post back if I find anything significant with them.

I'm unable to identify the MAC_607 driver. There is something that resembles it - it's a flash memory reprogrammer.
If you're not using that thing, then I'd have to suggest scanning for malware. Use a couple of these free scans in case your current protection is compromised: Link Removed due to 404 Error.

The Easytether device is the easytthr.sys driver

Digidesign Mbox2 device is the dgmbx2fu.sys driver

I've added all of them to the Driver Reference Table (DRT) here: Driver Reference Table (DRT)

Will any version of EVGA Precision cause issues? I have the latest version EVGA Precision X 3.0.3 but I noticed I had the old one still installed so I removed the old one. I removed the Elaborate Bytes stuff. The only wireless USB device I have is a Logitech G7 Gaming Mouse but I use my Logitech G5 wired primarily. Do I have wireless device drivers lingering?

Found Netgear Wireless adapter drivers. Removed those as well.

I don't know about the EVGA PrecisionX - I have seen a problem with it once, but haven't seen it installed very often.
It's also important that you not be overclocking now. Un-installing EVGA PrecisionX isn't a big deal, as you can download a fresh copy once the system is stabilized

Since you removed the Netgear Wireless Adapter, let's wait and see what happens.

If you get further BSOD's, zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and include them with your next post.

If you get further BSOD's, test your PSU by removing the hard drives that aren't the OS one (both the power and data cables). Also physically remove one of the video cards from the system. If you remove all that and still get BSOD's, then it's probably not the PSU.

All right, will do. At work now, PC in sleep mode. I'll update around 5:30 EST.

*Update*
Went 6 hours in sleep mode and woke up with no BSOD. I don't fully trust a single wake up though so I'm sleeping it for a few more hours and will report back tonight.

Interestingly, there's no new memory dumps in the upload.
Please check in C:\Windows to see if there's a file named MEMORY.dmp - if there is let us know if it's the one created at the last crash. You can zip it up and post it to a free file-hosting services, then post a link to it here.

You'll also have to set the system to to stop on the BSOD:
Go to Start and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

Then please provide the info that I've highlighted in RED in the following image (for each subsequent BSOD):
bsod.jpg

There's a new file in there from last night, "101412-30529-01.dmp" (no quotes).

It is already set to stop at BSOD.

You want me to upload "MEMORY.DMP"? It's almost 1gig. I don't have a free cloud storage to use for that...

I must've had a brain cramp this morning (didn't get enough caffeine) - it sure is there! Sorry!

Elaborate Bytes (ELBY) CD filter driver is still present - and it dates from 2006. Please uninstall the Elaborate Bytes program(s) on your system.

Also found RTCore64.sys - a driver component of Riva Tuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner
Please un-install it also. Even though it's dated more recently, we've got to eliminate the most likely possibilities. Feel free to reinstall the EVGA Precision X after the BSOD's have stopped.

If overclocking - please stop while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the BSOD's have stopped.

Run Driver Verifier according to these instructions if the BSOD's don't stop: Driver Verifier Settings

Excellent, thank you! I will remove elby driver and EVGA Precision (which is a bummer, I kinda need it to better regulate my gpu temperature and fan speeds).

Thank you again! :)

This is only temporary - if it stops the BSOD's, then we'll figure out which one it was.
Then you can use the other, and start looking for a substitute for the one that's causing the BSOD's/

More BSOD'S. Attaching dumps (it's the last two, from today's date) and running driver verifier.

Just finished with driver verifier. Adding dump and attaching BSOD.

Digidesign Mbox 2 Firmware Updater (dgmbx2fu.sys) is the cause shown in the Driver Verifier BSOD screenshot.

Please remove the Digidesign Mbox 2 program from your system and see if that stops the BSOD's.
If it does, then download the latest Win7 compatible version from the Digidesign website and install that.
Then monitor for further BSOD's

nVidia Overclocking tool is outdated, please remove it from your system:
nvoclk64.sys Tue Sep 15 17:59:25 2009 (4AB00E3D)
nVidia System Utility Driver
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=nvoclk64.sys

If overclocking, please stop until the BSOD's are fixed. Feel free to resume the overclock after the BSOD's have stopped.

dgmbx2fu.sys removed. Nvidia Overclock tool and System Utility removed.

I've reinstalled EVGA Precision X (latest version) because my GPU's were idling at 50c-55c, should be at 30c-35c idle and 55c-60c on full load. The GPU's stock fan control don't ramp up high enough. The cooling in my case isn't an issue either, I have a Coolermaster HAF :p.

BSOD's are back, AGAIN. I can't f-ing take it anymore, I don't know what else to do. I've run driver verifier, removed drivers, removed software, and even hardware! I took out one of my video cards for Christ sake. I don't know what else to do. :(

More minidumps attached...
