Everytime i delete this it always come back. can anyone tell me how to get rid of this?

No, its just an empty temp folder.

I keep deleting them but they keep coming back. any way to delete those "temp" folder in documents and C drive?

Tested all my flash drives on the both front header, they all show pop ups. but when i put my external hard drive it doesn't on 1 front header.
