    Windows 7 slow download speeds in all buils of Windows 7

    I have an HP notebook dv4-1365dx. It has 4 gigs of ram,2.0 intel core duo proc. It has Vista Ultimate 32 bit installed on it. My ISP is Optimumonline. My connection speeds are 30 mbps down,5mbps up. I take the OOL speedtest,Speakeasy,and Speedtest.net. I consistantly get 30-32 down and over 5 up...

    Windows 7 PC Backup & Restore

    Hello, I am a new member. I don't know if this question has been asked before,but I wanted to know if Windows 7 Home Premium will come with the Pc Backup & Restore feature like Vista Ultimate has,which allows you to back up your entire Pc to DVD's or an external hard drive. Thank you
