i tried this tutorial No drives were found. Click Load Driver.... Problem Solved - YouTube , but its not detecting any hard drive . wow i dont know whats going on

i have not opened the box , so i dont think anything is connected incorrectly. i might open the box and see what to do. what else do u suggest ??
