    I think you will run gta 4 on high settings because i have nvidia 8500 gt and i run the game almost on high settings And i think your game will not lag at all and i recommend you for even better gaming experience download gta IV update 1.0.5 or 1.0.7 because it fixed lag!

    Now i have BSODS memory managament and pfn list corrupt and these bsod always cause ntoskrnl.exe!Link RemovedLink RemovedLink Removed Link Removed and antivirus i have Microsoft Security Essentials whitch cant cause this BSOD
