I tried the memory diag tool. It stated I had no memory issues. I could deal with this error if the computer would just reboot on its own which it doesnt do. Any other ideas? Thanks

I keep getting this error. I have reformated the hard drive and installed a Fresh Copy of Windows 7 and still get this BSOD. Also the computer shutsdown but doesnt restart. I have to manually push the power button to get the computer to turn on. Any suggestions how to correct this problem. I...
