    I keep getting this error. I have reformated the hard drive and installed a Fresh Copy of Windows 7 and still get this BSOD. Also the computer shutsdown but doesnt restart. I have to manually push the power button to get the computer to turn on. Any suggestions how to correct this problem. I have attached the dump file for review. Thanks!

    I tried the memory diag tool. It stated I had no memory issues. I could deal with this error if the computer would just reboot on its own which it doesnt do. Any other ideas? Thanks

    Hi,

    I notice your system is overclocked:

    CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3.40GHz"
    MaxSpeed: 3400
    CurrentSpeed: 3502

    Please return to default values until cause of bsod is established. (it may be the overclock)

    Your bios also needs updating:

    BiosVersion = 3402
    BiosReleaseDate = 05/07/2012

    http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P8Z68-V%20PRO&os=30

    See how you go with updating and changing the above. Please post any further dmp files..

    Hi, I did exactly like you said. I didnt even realize that the cpu was being overclocked. I also updated the Bios to its newest revision. Im keeping my fingers crossed. :) Thanks for your suggestions. I will let you know how its going. If it should get a BSOD I will upload a new dump file. I also uploded a CPU report. Thanks again Kemical...
