Elmer, Thank you very much for the help. After removing Symantec in Safe Mode the laptop booted up fine and I have updated the drivers of the devices you listed. Hopefully it will keep working fine for a while. Again, thank you very much for the help. Regards, lorvang

Hi, My friend's laptop is getting blue screen at the login screen. I can't find a tool to debug or view the dmp files so I was hoping someone could tell me what it is that's causing the issue. Attached are the dmp files.
